We offer comprehensive campervan conversion services, starting with stripping the van down to its bare shell and disposing of old wood and bulkhead. Our process includes full insulation of the floor, walls, and ceiling using three different types of insulation. We wire the van for all required 12v systems, as well as for a 230v campsite hook, including a charger for the leisure battery. A CBE 12v system/control panel for all systems (with various options) is typically installed in the boot area. For those interested in off-grid capabilities, we provide a Victron inverter for 230v plugs and a Victron solar panel with a charge controller to keep your leisure battery charged. Additionally, a Victron DC/DC charger allows for leisure battery charging while driving. We also install a Maxxfan powered roof vent and offer 2 tinted side windows, with rear door windows available upon request. Our acoustic oak ceiling features recessed LED lighting in various color options, complemented by heavy-duty vinyl flooring in a choice of colors. Custom campervans can include cupboards available in a wide range of colors and 22mm solid oak worktops. The white wall panels are easy to clean and trimmed in oak to match the ceiling. For heating and hot water, we provide a Truma Combi boiler that heats 10 liters of water at a time, along with an LPG system that includes a gas locker in the boot, a safety certificate, and a full gas bottle. Various USB ports, lights, and sockets are available as options, along with Thetford dual hobs for cooking. Our pressurized water system comes with an internal water tank and a stainless steel sink and tap. If desired, we can also install a shower, toilet, and underslung waste tank at an additional cost, featuring a fiberglass pod for durability. The cab threshold is insulated and trimmed where the bulkhead was removed, and we use phenolic plywood for the boot walls, offering the black waterproof plywood you may have seen.
